Collection: CLOS DU CALVAIRE

Clos du Calvaire was founded in 1923 by Alphonse Mayard and Marie Louise Deydier, this historic wine would later give its name to the Châteauneuf du Pape estate. Calvary symbolizes the annual work, the labor and care that we bring to our vines all year round. This echoes the peasant culture, the rural lifestyle and our history. Located on the outskirts of the prestigious village of Châteauneuf du Pape, the family estate has been perpetuated for five generations historically by the Mayard family, then Roumieux.
